Opening Resources
You can access the resource page via the
menuin the top left corner.
Adding Resources
At the top of the page, you can select which type of resources you want to add or edit.
To create a new resource, click on the green plus icon. Enter the name (e.g., Crew 2), add the company name, and specify whether it is an external company. You can also enter the number of employees and the type of effort required, if applicable.
Setting the Timeframe and Availability
By default, the availability is set to "permanent," but you can also define a specific period during which the resource will be available on the construction site (e.g., from September 1 to December 31).
Entering Contact Information and Working Hours
Optionally, you can add the contact details and working hours of the resource if known (e.g., working hours from 8 AM to 3 PM).
Managing External and Internal Resources
Both external resources, such as subcontractors, and internal employees can be managed here. For internal employees, the company name is not required, and their role (e.g., site manager) can be specified.
