Overview

The services of the components and areas have their own component in the task menu. Make use of the better overview and plan yourself without selecting via the viewer.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Task Overview

  • Click on the Tasks tab in the top menu bar.

  • A panel will open on the right, showing all tasks available on the component, room, or project level.

2. Navigate Within the Task Structure

  • By default, the structure displays:

    • Construction phases

    • Floors

    • Components (e.g. in-situ concrete walls, columns, masonry walls) and/or rooms

  • Clicking on a component or room will show all related tasks.

3. Adjust the Display

  • Use the settings icon in the top right corner to customize the structure and the task-related information shown.

4. Start Planning

  • The task overview opens automatically when planning mode is activated.

  • You can also plan directly from the task overview without opening the weekplan or Lookahead Plan.

5. Plan Tasks (Example)

  • Select components (e.g. 4th floor, Building A →In-situ concrete walls).

  • Schedule tasks like formwork, reinforcement, and concreting by setting the date and duration.

  • You can also add other tasks such as bricklaying for masonry walls.

6. Plan Multiple Components or Areas at Once

  • Select areas or individual components.

  • Use drag and drop to assign planned tasks to the selected elements.

7. Add Custom Tasks

  • Click Plan Task at the bottom of the panel.

  • Create a new task (e.g. “Site visit”), assign a trade, and choose a date.

  • The task will then appear in the planning view.
