Step-by-step guide

Accessing organization management

The project overview shows all projects you have access to with your user account. From the menu in the top left, you can open organization management, where all users in your organization are managed centrally. This menu item is only visible to users with dedicated organization management permissions.

  1. Log in and open the project overview

  2. Open the menu in the top left

  3. Select Organization management

Adding, editing, and removing users centrally

In organization management, you can add new users, edit existing ones, or remove them. Assign access rights and a default role that will automatically apply to new projects.

  1. Click Add user

  2. Enter the email address, access rights, and default role

  3. Save the entry

Assigning roles for individual projects

Expand the user entry, select a project, and assign the appropriate role. You can also remove access to individual projects if needed.

  1. Expand the user entry you want to edit

  2. Select a project and assign the appropriate role

  3. Remove access to individual projects if needed

User management at the project level

Open the project and go to Users and resources to manage users directly at the project level, independent of organization management.

  1. Open the project and go to Users and resources

  2. Add a user with a predefined role

  3. Remove the user from the project again if needed
